Need to Add 1 set for 2 serve 
Shrimp 6-8 pcs
Bean Sprouts 85 g
Fresh Spring onion (Optional) 5 g
Egg 2 pcs
Lime 1 pcs
Vegetable Oil 3 Tbsp

 

How to cook

  1. Boil noodles for 3-4 minutes. Drain, and set aside.
  2. Heat 3 Tbsp of vegetable oil in a wok (or frying pan) over medium heat, and saute shrimp (6-8 pcs).
  3. When shrimp is almost cooked through, push it to one side, and fry 2 eggs in the same wok. Once the egg is cooked, stir it in with the shrimp.
  4. Add noodles, Pad Thai sauce and, mix well.
  5. Add Bean sprouts and Fresh Spring onion, and mix well.
  6. Place on a serving dish and garnish with remaining bean sprouts and a lime wedge on the side.
